Description
Hey! I’ve got a double room with a private en suite available in my spacious 2-bed flat at Weavers Quay, right on Ancoats Marina.
The flat gets loads of natural light and has unobstructed views from the living room, it’s a really calm, open space that feels great to come home to.
About the flat:
- Open-plan kitchen and living room with floor-to-ceiling windows
- Washer/dryer, dishwasher, fast Wi-Fi
- Secure building with concierge and residents’ gym
• Great local spots nearby — Mana, Edinburgh Castle, Pollen, Flawd, etc.
About the room:
• Spacious double with private en suite
• Unfurnished
• Plenty of storage and natural light
About me (your flatmate):
I’m Jake, an active guy who enjoys city life, running, food spots, and a good coffee but I like to keep the flat calm, clean, and relaxed. No afters or chaos; it’s more a home than a hangout.
Looking for:
A friendly, respectful professional who values a peaceful, tidy space and wants to make the most of living in Ancoats.
