Flat share Manchester City Centre M4

Hi everyone, looking for a new flatmate to move into my apartment (I am also renting it so I'm not the owner), right on the doorstep of Ancoats and the Northern Quarter. My flatmate is moving out and I am looking for a replacement.

The flat is really nice with a big living room, open kitchen, you will have a double bedroom and your own bathroom plus there are a few storage areas. The balcony gets lots of sunlight.

The building is called Skyline and the facilities are great - it has a concierge, access to a gym, swimming pool, sauna/steam and jacuzzi.

It's located in the city centre just a few minutes walk to NQ and Ancoats. Arndale Centre is just a short walk down the road, it's also very convenient for transport links.

The room is £650/month + bills. Bill are usually around 240£ per person over the summer and around 270 £ per person during the winter due to heating.

I've lived in Manchester for around 4.5 years. I generally work from home Monday, Wednesday and Friday then in Deansgate Tuesday and Thursday. In my free time I'm quite active, I like to work out, do crossfit, go hiking, and dance. I am also a dance teacher part time. I also love to travel and spend time with my girlfriend.

I am looking to live with someone friendly, clean, tidy, professional and reasonably quiet.
