Hi everyone! We’re looking to sublet our cosy flat for around 3 months while we go travelling. Ideally from mid-June to late September, but dates are flexible. £1000 for monthly rent only, bills are not included but shouldn’t be huge during summer.

The flat is located in vibrant Ancoats — perfect if you enjoy peaceful city living while still being close to great independent cafés, restaurants, and shops.

It’s a spacious and homely flat that we furnished ourselves, with a king-size bed, comfy sofa, big TV, and all other appliances and cookware you’d need during your stay.

We do have a cat living in the flat at the moment, and he will be taken to family’s when we leave, so it won’t be a problem if you wish to bring your fur baby 🐾
