Hi everyone! We’re looking to sublet our cosy flat for around 2.5–3 months while we go travelling.

Due to personal circumstances, we’re not 100% certain on the exact move-out date just yet, but we’re hoping to hand the flat over by the beginning of July. We’ll do our best to accommodate your timing too if you have some flexibility on your side.

Rent is £1000pcm excluding bills. Bills should stay fairly reasonable over the summer months.

The flat is located in vibrant Ancoats — ideal if you enjoy peaceful city living while still being close to great independent cafés, restaurants and shops. The apartment is around a 15-minute walk to both Piccadilly and Victoria stations, with several bus stops just 5 minutes away too.
