Double room with En-Suite in heart of Ancoats

Hey I’m Sam,

Electrical engineer by day and snowboard instructor by night. Outside of work I like to stay active and socialise, recently got into golf so if you’re down for a round that would be cool. I am pretty laid back, clean, tidy and respectful. I am looking for someone ideally the same and would like someone to be friends with not just passing each other.

The flat is located just off cutting room square so there’s plenty of food and drink places around as well as a very convenient shop just outside the front door.

10 min walk to Piccadilly gardens so easy transport links to get around Manchester, pure gym 5 min walk down the road as well as an Aldi.

The flat itself is on the fifth floor and has all the mod cons:

- Absolutely brilliant roof terrace which also has a function room that can be booked out for events

Room itself has a large double bed with under bed storage and a floor to ceiling window, as well as a very big closet for clothing and an en-suite attached with a bathtub and shower combo, your room is connected via a hallway and a door for added privacy.

Parking can be interesting, there’s on street parking on single yellows so parking is free between 6pm-8am Mon-Sat and free all day Sunday. There’s two car parks within 3 min walk but there’s a long term car parks about a 10 min walk away that’s current £15 a week.

Bills are mostly included (Internet, Electricity✅) with just council tax monthly and water twice a year.(council:£100, water: approx £125)
