Double room in Ancoats in newly renovated house

Double room on the second floor available in our newly extended and renovated 3 storey town house. The floor has its own bathroom with bath/shower. There is also 2 spare rooms for guests to stay and a spare room for an office if required. Will be sharing with myself and my partner Ross. We have 2 dogs and a cat who are very well behaved. Our home has recently been extended and renovated with a new open plan kitchen living finished to a high spec, 10 walk into Manchester City center with parking available just off the canal and park.
