Looking for a Flatmate in Ancoats!

Room available in Ancoats from 2nd November 🏡✨

Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over a room in our lovely flat in Ancoats from 2nd November.

Rent: £615 per month + bills
Bills are roughly £55 per month, so around £670 all in.

Bills include:

* Water: £24.49
* Council tax: £57
* WiFi: £9.66
* Electricity: varies each month

You’d be sharing with Marina (25), who works in Marketing, and me, Henar (29), and I work in HR. You’d share the bathroom with Marina.

The flat is really lovely and has two balconies, a washing machine + dryer, and a gym included in the building 💪🏼. It also has everything you’d normally need. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Parking is also available for £90 per month if needed. We don’t have a parking space ourselves, so there may be one available to take over, happy to check the details for anyone interested.

There’s also no deposit required, which is a nice bonus!

We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy and respectful who’ll be a good fit for the flat 🫶
