Flat in Ancoats / New Islington 🏡

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Ancoats, as I’ve been offered the opportunity to move in somewhere else for a short stay. The current tenancy will renew on 3rd December, but the idea would be for someone to take over my place on a longer term basis, with the tenancy continued through Grainger. Ideally, looking for someone who can move in fairly quickly! If not, then December 3rd could be an option.

Furnished flat, with big living room, breakfast bar, kitchen fitted with washing machine and dishwasher. Bedroom has a big double bed and the whole flat has lots of storage!

The flat is in a prime location, right in the heart of Ancoats and New Islington. You’ve got loads of coffee shops like pollen, bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep as well as being so close to the marina.

NQ and city centre are a 10min walk with an Aldi and Puregym closeby.

Transport links are close with New Islington tram stop a 5min walk, Piccadilly Station 12min walk. Gated parking is also available for an additional £100.

You’d be living with a friendly, outgoing female professional who enjoys being social. It would suit somebody that wants a comfortable home in a really convenient location.
