I am a live in landlord looking to rent out my spare bedroom. The apartment is in the heart of Ancoats, close to Manchester City Centre. The apartment is very quiet, but is still within short walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and gyms.

The room is a furnished and comprises of;
King size ottoman storage bed
Wardrobe with internal drawers
Two bedside tables with drawers
Storage shelving unit.

The apartment is in a modern building with a lift. The apartment has a shared kitchen and living room and a shared bathroom.

About me

I work M-F 9-5, I work from home 2/3 days a week. I’m an active person who enjoys a good balance of running, gym sessions and getting outdoors. Weekends are often spent enjoying sporting activities, hiking and exploring the countryside, or catching up with friends. Equally, I appreciate some downtime to recharge, whether that’s relaxing at home, watching a good film or simply having a quiet evening in.

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate housemate who shares some similar interests and is up for the occasional social evening or activity together, while also respecting each other’s space and routines.
