Double room with En Suite

This lovely, spacious double room with en suite is in the Broadside building, located right between Ancoats and the Northern Quarter. The location is brilliant and the building come with perks like a small gym, co-working area, concierge and parcel room, roof terrace garden and lounge. All of these are free to access as part of your rent.

This room does come with an OPTIONAL parking space at an additional £155 a month.

Bills range anywhere between £75-£125 a month depending on the season, which includes WiFi. I'm not sure what the deposit will be, as I moved in prior to the new renting laws, presumably one month's rent.

My current flat mate is moving into a house she purchased with her partner, so I'm looking for a new room mate.

I have a cat who is very friendly and chatty once you gain her trust but unfortunately this means the apartment isn't suitable for extra pets.

I'm a very clean, tidy person and would expect the same standard to be kept up in the communal areas. Although I happily take on the majority of the hoovering due to the cat fluff!
