Hi! I've got a spare room to rent in my 2 bed flat which I been living in for 2.5 years. The flat has 2 spacious rooms, with a large shared bathroom and a gorgeous kitchen / living space. The flat is East facing and on the 8th floor, so you get a stunning view of the Peak District and sunshine throughout the day.

The flat is located just off Cutting Room Square, so it is just a short walk into town, Islington Marina, and Piccadilly Station making it super convenient whilst also having the feeling of living not right in the city centre.

Move in available from 9/11/26.

I typically spend 2 days working from home, and the rest of the week I'm either in the office, playing music somewhere, or enjoying Manchester. I love being outside, yoga, going to gigs, and getting a fancy coffee. I'm looking for someone who's happy to chat in the evenings and be sociable, but also enjoys their own space.

The flat is a cosy and relaxed space where you can feel at home and recharge, while still having the space to host friends and socialise.
