We have available 1 beautiful double room available to rent in a house share situation. There are two living rooms, large modern open plan kitchen/diner/lounge and separate laundry room. This area opens out (Through three large bifolds) onto a large deck and garden area complete with outdoor kitchen, BBQ and large pizza oven.
There are three bathrooms , washing/drying facilities and each tenant has their own fridge/freezer.
500mbs broadband/wifi included, and both living rooms have large flat tv's.
All Bills are included and Council Tax Band C.
There is a fantastic Gastronomic Pub within walking distance, and the train station (Chester to Hale, Altrincham & Manchester) is also within walking distance. Manchester Airport is a 10 minute drive away. There is off street parking available (50mts).
We are a very sociable household, but as there is so much room available, there are plenty of places to just chill!
Live in Landlords are traveling most of the time so house tends to be left to "The young 'uns"!! (Couple, male/female 24yo, Female Professional 24yo and a female Student 18yo)
