Cashless Deposit Option: We also offer the Reposit Scheme, giving tenants the option of paying a low, non-refundable fee (equivalent to one week's rent) instead of a traditional security deposit.
Applicant Requirements: All applicants must be in full permanent employment and able to provide both employment and landlord references upon request.
