Double Room in high-spec furnished home

A fully furnished double room available in my extensively renovated and refurbished 3-bed end-terrace home. Located on the border of Stalybridge and Ashton the house is perfectly located for young professionals with excellent transport links to Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds. Both Ashton and Stalybridge train stations are a 15-minute walk away, with onward journey times into Manchester under 15 minutes.

Everything in the house is brand new and of a very high standard and so I’m looking for clean & tidy people that are respectful of the house.

The shared areas include a comfy living/sitting room, dining room, kitchen and a family bathroom shared with one other (all photographed).

I’m a sociable person and would welcome like-minded individuals to share my home with. Due to work commitments however, I will be spending a lot of time in London and so only expect to be in the house a handful of times each month.
