- Train: 4 minute drive or 12 minute walk to Guide Bridge station. Trains to Piccadilly take 10 minutes.
- Tram: 7 minute drive to Ashton Moss tram stop (park and ride).
- Car: 5 minutes away from the M60.

I'm a 33 year old male professional in the public sector, working from home most of the time. I like football (playing and watching), the gym, hiking, watching films, and of course spending time with family and friends.

The house has been done to a really high standard, so I'm looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful who'll help look after it. The vibe in the house is friendly, calm and peaceful. Definitely sociable, but more movie nights and chats than 3am afterparties.
It’d be nice to live with someone similar who’s up for the occasional chat or hanging out now and then, but I also value my personal space and independence, and completely respect that in others too.
