Bright double room for rent close to the airport

I have two double rooms to rent in my lovely modern home whilst I will be out of the country.

Weekly cleaner will come in and clean all communal areas, you will be expected to clean the bathroom and kitchen after use and keep your bedroom clean and tidy.

Shared bathroom and kitchen.
The house is fully equipped with everything you will need, Hoover, steam mop, pots, pans, cutlery, air fryer, slow cooker etc.

The property is in a quiet area, Baguley, walking distance to Wythenshawe hospital with good transport links to Manchester Airport, didsbury, Chorlton and the city centre. There are two met stations within walking distance. JD gym is about a seven minute walk from the house, it’s a fabulous gym. The location of the house is perfect in terms of convenience!!
Kitchen comes equipped with a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher and a double cooker. Plenty of room it’s a great size! There is also a shed in the back garden if you have a bike. I do not have a drive as the property is on a green, however there is parking available on the road outside of the house. Wifi included with all other bills. Tv in living room and in the bedrooms. A double mirrored fitted wardrobe, double bed and mattress with bedding if required and two 3 drawer units.

House mate can have guests over but my limit for overnight stays would once/ twice a week otherwise it will be considered as a double let which will increase the monthly rental.

I expect the house to be kept tidy and clean although I am not over the top, but please bare this in mind as you are expected to keep the kitchen and bathroom tidy after use. I do ask you clean up after yourself and also keep your room clean and tidy.
