Freshly refurbished house very close to Manchester city centre with lots of local amenities and travel options (bus and tram) to the city centre. Rents listed include all bills and a fortnightly cleaner for communal areas

Property has off-road parking available for up to four vehicles depending upon size and is close to schools and the Manchester city stadium

Both interior and exterior have been done to a very high standard, achieving a modern finish. Extra bed in the orange room (room 1) will be removed prior to taking up tenancy. It cannot be kept as two beds. All rooms have a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and beside table. Two shower rooms and one downstairs WC. No ensuites.

Wanting to establish a house share of clean, respectful and self-aware professionals who are able to look after the property and get on with the other housemates in the house. Please be aware no couples are able to take the rooms.
