Looking for 1 housemate, 19 min from City Center

We are looking for a respectful, communicative housemate to join our relaxed household. We handle chores on a "see and do, and ask if not done" policy and are considerate regarding noise since we both work on different schedules. Seeking someone who is looking to join a cosy home and work together to keep the space tidy and homely.

The property is 3 floors, ground floor with a kitchen, dining area and shared space leading to the back garden with through access into the gated carpark, due to parking scheme stemming from event management for Man City and Coop arena nearby. 1st floor with my room, a balcony and a living room. With the 2nd floor containing your room, the other tenants room and your shared bathroom.
There is a direct road and 20 minute bus into the city centre and Piccadilly Station, as well as a nearby corner shop, Tesco extra, and Asda Superstore, (2,10,20 minutes away respectively). For exercise, there is a nearby track and feild site at the etihad stadium and a swimming pool/gym leisure centre close by.
