THE TERM:
This is a serviced house. It means you won’t be on a tenancy agreement but on a booking room by month-by-month basis like a hotel.

We give preference to long term guests but will consider short term stays.

Either way, you will be on a 30-day rolling contract which means you can leave with just 30-days’ notice. We can accommodate this if you fulfil the following conditions.
