Within the rest of our property you will find a lovely fitted large new kitchen on the same floor with all mod cons plus an additional kitchen on the 1st floor, featuring a large range cooker and leaving plenty of space for cooking.

A microwave, kettle and toaster are also standard in both kitchens.

There is a relaxing breakfast seating area for you to chill out and relax with the other housemates or just enjoy a morning coffee. The kitchen leads to a huge lounge with 2 3 seater leather sofas.

As you venture out, you are already in a prime town centre location next to Bolton shopping precincts and university.
The train station is also 5 minutes away with then only a ten minute train journey to Manchester.
There are gyms and health clubs, chemist, doctors, supermarkets (Morrison's and Sainsbury's), and a large park, also all within five minutes for you.
