- 15/20 minute walk to Bolton city centre
- 10 minute drive to Royal Bolton Hospital
- 5 minute drive to the motorway
- Local amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways, and parks, are within walking distance

What I’m looking for:
- Quiet and clean
- Non-smoker
- No pets
- No fish (sorry, due to allergies!)
- No beef (due to religious reasons)
- Working professional
