​The Room: A quiet, cozy space on the top floor. I’m happy to furnish it with a new bed (recommend a 4ft small double for maximum space) and can be flexible on layout to suit your needs.

​Privacy: It’s a 4-bedroom house, but I only want one housemate. You’ll have loads of communal space and never feel cramped.
