Double room in 2 bedroom ground floor flat

I am looking for a lodger to stay in my spare double room, which is furnished. As I am also living in the flat, this would include shared kitchen, living area and bathroom. Well located, with many shops nearby and a bus stop (5 min walk) with transport links to places including Bolton train station and Manchester. Also you can get to places easily by car and a parking space is available if needed.
