The room has a two door wardrobe with ample hanging space and shelving, drawers and Bedside table. All this centres around a large double bed complete with new mattress protector, duvets, pillows and luxury clean and pressed bedding.

All rooms are lovely decorated with additional hung canvas pictures and are lovely and clean.

YOUR SHARED SPACE

Within the rest of our property you will find a lovely fitted brand new kitchen with all mod cons. .

Facilities include oven, eight hobs, two microwaves, kettle and two toasters. All your food can be stored in your american fridge freezer and second Fridge.

You can relax in your large relaxing lounge to the rear of the house with a large bay window letting in plenty of natural light. There is a large 3 seater leather sofa and chairs.

There is also a large separate utility room with 2 washers and ample storage space.

THE AREA

As you venture out, you are already in a prime town centre location with an easy five minute walk to the main Bolton shopping precincts and university.
The train station is also five minutes away with then only a ten minute train journey to Manchester.
There are gyms and health clubs, chemist, doctors, supermarkets (Morrison's and Sainsbury's), and a large park, also all within five minutes for you.

You can catch a bus to Horwich and Chorley including the Makron stadium and enormous Middlebrook retail park, or in a car there are easy links to the
motorway and large shopping retail parks by car.
