We are currently renovating the basement of our family home, which should be ready around mid to late October 2026. The images shown are CGI visuals of how the finished space is expected to look.

The basement has its own private external entrance. You enter directly into the bedroom/living space, with a small hallway leading to a private kitchenette and bathroom.

The kitchenette will include a sink, worktop, storage and fridge facilities. There is no full-size oven, although a countertop oven/air fryer can be added if required.

We are a young family with toddlers and simply don't currently need the additional basement space, so we're looking for one person only. Ideally, we'd like a working professional who is quiet, friendly and considerate.

As we live in a terraced house and want to be respectful of our neighbours, no pets ideally.

Rent is £800 per month, all inclusive, including gas/electric, water and WiFi.

The basement is being completely renovated and will be newly finished throughout to a high standard, similar in style to the CGI images shown. We will furnish the property and there will also be a TV provided as well as a microwave and fridge in the kitchen already.

We are in the heart of the village which is a 2min walk, and around 10min walk to Bramhall train station. We also have a bus stop directly opposite the house.
