The rent is £850 pcm, including some bills, and I’m looking for someone reliable, respectful and ideally interested in a longer-term arrangement.

The spare room is being offered in the first instance, although there is a possibility that the arrangement could develop into a whole house rental for a fixed period of around 6–10 months later on. I’d therefore be particularly interested in hearing from someone who may be open to that possibility, although there is no obligation or expectation to take the whole house.
