Double bedroom with ensuite (see description)

Hi, I'm 29 yr old looking for a clean and friendly roommate. Full disclosure: I have a disability. This means I have carers come at 7am and 6pm for 1hr. Whilst we try to be quite normal household tasks like washing up ect will be taking place. Obviously you do NOT need to leave when they are here, im just want to be transparent! I do smoke but outside. I also have a cat called Mia 😊
The room has a wardrobe but no bed. There is a dishwasher and washing machine, on street parking or car park parking for £50 payed to the LL. The LL is requesting full references ect. The apartment is 3 years old and I am the only person who has lived here.

The deposit is to be discussed on agreement of the flat.
