1 room available in burnage with good transport

Hi guys, I have a room available for £550 a month all bills included.
The place is in Burnage - close by to mauldeth road train station and the location has really good transport links into the city, Chorlton, Stockport and other parts of Manchester too.

The room feels bigger in person than I could capture on the photo with a double sized bed and other bits of furniture.
There’s parking on the street, Burnage is fairly quiet but is close by to more lively parts of Manchester.
I like to keep the place tidy - It is a nice little house - I am easy going and like a chat.

I play music but not too loud or often -
I’m relaxed and like to spend quite a lot of nights in watching films but go out sometimes to play in some band jams, gigs or for a pint.

I’ll be working a mix of day time and night time shifts. Let me know if you would like to take a look.
