1 room available in burnage with good transport

Hi, I am looking to lodge out my spare room. 550 a month bills included.
The place is in Burnage - close by to mauldeth road train station and the location has good transport links into the city and other parts of Manchester too.

I like to keep the place tidy - It is a nice little house - I am easy going and like a chat, it would be nice to have someone to get along with.

I play music but not too loud or often -
I’m relaxed and like to spend quite a lot of nights in watching films but go out sometimes to play in some band jams, gigs or for a pint, - currently looking for my next job where I will probably be working evenings.
