1 room available in burnage with good transport

Hi, I am looking to lodge out my spare room. 550 a month bills included.
The place is in Burnage - close by to mauldeth road train station and the location has good transport links into the city and other parts of Manchester too.

Bills included, except half of council tax, which should be roughly £65 pm

I like to keep the place tidy - It is a nice little house - I am easy going and like a chat.

I play music but not too loud or often -
I’m relaxed and like to spend quite a lot of nights in watching films but go out sometimes to play in some band jams, gigs or for a pint.

I’ll be working a mix of day time and night time shifts
