Hey there!

I’ve decided to rent out my spare room, and with the current climate, I’m hoping it can help someone who’s in need of a great place to stay. The house is just a five-minute walk from Bury town centre, so it’s super convenient.

The room can come furnished, or if you prefer, you’re welcome to bring your own furniture – I’m flexible either way. The space is huge, as you can see in the pics—plenty of room for a bed, a sofa and TV area, or even a desk if you need a workspace. I’m open to couples as well, with the rent being slightly higher for two people. The price is all-inclusive, meaning no extra bills for utilities, including Wi-Fi, so what you see is what you pay!

There’s also a home gym here with a cable crossover, bike, hex dumbbells, bench, foam rollers, a punch bag, and more, which you’re welcome to use. And in case you want to undo your hard work in the gym, there’s also a bar at home! 😂

A bit about me:
I’m into fitness, music, and I love a good social drink and laugh. Sadly, I don’t have a dog (though I love them), and I firmly believe pineapple on pizza is perfectly acceptable!
