You’ll share the upstairs bathroom with one other lodger

Cosy open-plan lounge/kitchen with log burner (logs shared if used)

Everyone mucks in: please tidy up immediately after using any communal areas (kitchen/lounge, utility, bathroom, etc.)

A weekly cleaner looks after the hallway, stairs and landing

No TV in the house at the moment, but you’re welcome to bring one for your room
