No alcohol or non halal meat and must be clean. I will include all bills except gas and electric to guarantee sensible usage...
I'm 40, don't look or act it. Currently work part time but out of the house quite often due to having a horse! She's lovely and keeps me out and about.
A log burner had been installed so as long as you're happy to pay your share of logs we're good!
