I have a 3 bed mid terraced house available to rent from September 2025.

It's newly been renovated earlier this year so like new.

No alcohol or non halal meat and must be clean. I will include all bills (council tax too!) but to guarantee sensible usage there will be a clause for gas and electric...

I'm 42 in November, don't look or act it. Currently work part time but out of the house quite often due to having a horse! She's lovely and keeps me out and about.

A log burner has been installed so as long as you're happy to pay your share of logs we're good!

I'm so close to town therefore there is restricted parking so you'd need to apply for a permit. They run from July to June and were £45 when I ordered mine.

Lovely area, close to Aldi and Lidl as well as 10-15 minutes walk to the market/tram, etc. Very well located for working in Manchester but looking to live outside of the city!

It's a 3 bed, 3 double bedrooms with 2 baths. So you'll share the upstairs bathroom with the other lodger.

Looking for a female, ideally 21+ would consider pets but no dogs... it's a female friendly environment. Thank you!
