I have a 3 bed mid terraced house available to rent from end of 2024, beginning 2025.

It's being renovated so will be like new when done.

No alcohol or non halal meat and must be clean. I will include all bills except gas and electric to guarantee sensible usage...

I'm 41 in November, don't look or act it. Currently work part time but out of the house quite often due to having a horse! She's lovely and keeps me out and about.

A log burner has been installed so as long as you're happy to pay your share of logs we're good!

I'm so close to town therefore there is restricted parking so you'd need to apply for a permit. They run from July to June and were £30 when I last ordered mine.

Lovely area, close to Aldi and Lidl as well as 10-15 minutes walk to the market. Very well located for working in Manchester but looking to live outside of the city!

It's a 3 bed (one contemplating room) 2 double bedrooms with 2 baths not ensuite! So you can have a private bathroom for you.
