I'm looking for someone who wants a home rather than just a room to sleep in.

It's a relaxed, friendly house where it's nice to have a chat in the kitchen, watch something on the projector or have a drink together sometimes, but there's absolutely no expectation to socialise all the time. If you want to shut your door and do your own thing, that's completely fine too.

The room

A good-sized furnished double room with:

Proper double bed
Under-bed storage
Bedside table with drawers
Plenty of space for your clothes and belongings

The room is ready to move into.

The house

You'll have use of the rest of the house, including:

Location-wise, Aldi and the bus stop are around a 2-minute walk away, and it's roughly a 15-minute walk into the centre.

A bit about me

I'm easy going and pretty relaxed. I work full time and I spend the evenings between workouts, games and cooking.

I'm gay and the house has a chilled, non-judgemental vibe.

There are also two small dogs living here. They're friendly, house-trained.

My two dogs are obviously staying, but if you have a pet yourself, feel free to message me. I'm happy to have a chat and see whether it could work.
