The Room & House

Not really after a lodger, more after someone who actually wants to live in the house with me. Someone up for a chat in the kitchen, a film on the projector, or just having their own space and getting on with things too.

House is clean, tidy and fully furnished. The double room has a proper double bed with underbed drawers for storage, a bedside table, and loads of room left to make it your own.

Bathroom's fully tiled with a bath. Rest of the house you'd have access to:

Dining area with bar seating, good for having people round
Cosy living room with a projector, great for movie nights
Garden
Home gym bit in the corner with a bench and adjustable dumbbells, use them whenever
Full kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave and washing machine
2min walk from Aldi, bus stop, 15min walk to the centre.

A Bit About Me

I work from home full time, and the living room doubles as my office during the day, so that room's mine Monday to Friday working hours. Come evenings and weekends you are welcome to share it. I'm gay, easygoing, and the house has a chilled, non-judgemental vibe. Two small lap dogs live here too, they're basically in charge.
Pets

My two are staying, obviously, but if you've got a pet as well just message me and we can figure out if it'd work.

Rent

£650pcm, bills included. Room's fully furnished and ready to move into.

Who I'm After

Tidy, respectful, and happy to chat when you fancy it but also fine doing your own thing. Genuinely just want a good housemate, not someone who disappears into their room and I never see.
