Housemate for a house in bury

I have a 3 bedroom house that's about 15mins away from the Whitefield tram station. i have 2 rooms available, the loft room has 2 single beds a desk and a wardrobe (for a long term tenant I’m willing to install a double bed in the room). The second room is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, small double bed and a desk. Each room has an Ethernet connection for broadband internet (wireless signal strength is also good). recently refurbished the whole house.

i am a teacher who enjoys keeping fit and running, i am quite sociable but also respect if people want their own space too. I also have 3 cats who are very chilled and friendly.

Myself and my housemate are very welcoming and have frequent games and movie nights at the house which you are welcome to participate in.
