Double room for rent in nice quiet neighborhood close to train station, bus stop next to the house. Nice and tidy with bathroom and livingroom right after renovation. In the house is kitchen with everything essential. Dining room, living room. Bathroom located upstairs. Advertised room and separate small room also on the first floor. Small room converted for laundry area. Our bedroom located on the attic. There is a small backyard and a garage, there is no room for a car but you could store something if you need to. We are nice couple who likes to spend time outdoor, we have a lovely border collie and couple of rats so you have to be pets friendly. Pet owners welcome although we wouldn't consider a cat for obvious reasons.
Weekly payments possible if suits you better. 100£ deposit will be used to buy required bed (your choice of size, we will cover the rest).
