Large fully furnished double room to rent in a 3 bedroom terrace house based on a quiet street. Shared bathroom, with bath and shower. Shared kitchen, shared dining room and shared living room. One pet dog called Clyde, he is a Yorkiepoo and is 2 years old. He is hypoallergenic and does not shed hair. He can be mischievous and does pinch socks.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, hob, microwave, airfryer and dishwasher. TV aerial in the bedroom. Yard at the rear with a BBQ and a shed.
I work Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm so out of the house mainly in the week. Clyde goes to a dog walker 3 times a week. If you are interested please contact me. I don't mind smokers but you will be asked to smoke at the back door
