A furnished double bedroom is available walking distance to Deansgate, Castlefield and Spinning field from the 19th of September 2026.

There are 3 other residents in the house, 2 males and one female, all professional, very respectful, clean and friendly. Ideally we are looking for someone with similar mindset. No parties, loud music or gathering please.

The rent includes all the bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet and cleaning fees). A cleaner cleans the common areas of the house once a month and the fees are included in the rent.

There is a bus stop right outside the house, with buses going to the city centre and Trafford Centre/Trafford Park. There is a tram stop 5 mins walk and Deansgate train station 10 mins walk from the house. The city centre is roughly 25 mins walk.
