Two double rooms available at the end of September/ start of October in a lovely 3 bed flat in Castlefield, walking distance to town.

This is a lovely girly flat in a peaceful but central location. We are looking for someone to take over our rooms to join our flatmate Ellie.

The flat is next to the River Irwell and the canal. It’s a 10 minute walk to Cornbrook tram stop or a 20 minute walk to Deansgate.

Please ignore the Chinese theme decorations our other flat mate is moving to China!

Room 1 (first 3 photos) is £569.83 per month plus bills (approx £140 per month). You’ll be sharing a shower with one other housemate but you will have your own bathroom with a toilet / sink / storage space. The room is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, open wardrobe and bedside tables. The furniture is also really new including the mattress. This room is available from 19th September.

Room 2 is the same layout and comes with the same new furniture as room 1. It has an en suite bathroom and is canal facing. Rent for this room is £662.80 plus bills and is available from the 1st October.

The flat is located in Pomona wharf which is really well managed by Savills. We’ve also found our parcels to be really safe and any issues are resolved really quickly. Both myself and Bella, will actually be moving out into flats in Pomona as we’ve enjoyed living here so much. There is parking available on site. A space in the gated car park is around £85 per month.

There is a Tesco express and co-op nearby, plus Regent Road retail park is a short walk away with a Big Sainsbury’s, Boots, gym etc.
