Double bedroom en-suite - Vox apartments

I’m moving out with my boyfriend so my double bedroom ensuite with bath and balcony is becoming available in a two bed apartment in the Vox building. My Flat Mate is a 24 year-old professional girl and super nice. Sad to be seeing this apartment go, definitely wouldn’t be leaving if it wasn’t for moving out with my boyfriend.

The apartment is 785 a month but there is a £17 Wi-Fi charge bills it’s council tax band D and then just standard water and electric.

Move date is flexible between the 1st to the 10th of October possibly could do the 30th of September if needed I might just be a bit of a crossover with me moving some of my stuff out

The Vox building is great, there is a list of some of the amenities below. It’s also really well connected literally a one minute walk from Cornbrook Tram stop as well as a co-op.
