Lovely Double Room in Riverside Flat!

I’m sadly moving out of our lovely flat in Pomona Wharf, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room from around mid November!

I’ve absolutely loved living here, especially with Lauren and Nadine, who are honestly two of the loveliest and easiest people to live with. I’m only moving out because my circumstances have changed, otherwise I’d happily stay!

The flat & room 🏡

The flat is honestly such a bargain for what you get, especially considering the location!

You’ll have a cosy, fully furnished double bedroom with a lovely bed and mattress, furniture and a built in storage unit.

There’s a really spacious living room with gorgeous views over the river, plus a balcony which is lovely when the weather’s nice. It’s a really nice flat to come home to and has always felt super homely.

Nadine has her own bathroom, and you’ll share two separate bathroom spaces with Lauren. One has a shower, toilet and sink, and the other has a toilet and sink, so there’s plenty of space for everyone!

Your new flatmates 💕

You’ll be living with Lauren and Nadine, who are both genuinely such lovely girls!

They’re really friendly, sociable and easy to get along with. They love hanging out together, watching TV, cooking and having a good catch up, but equally love their own space and downtime too, so there’s a really nice balance.

They’re both super clean, tidy and respectful, and living together has honestly been so easy. There’s never been any drama, and it’s just been a really lovely place to live.

Location 📍

The location is fab! You’re only a 5 minute walk from Cornbrook tram stop, which makes getting pretty much anywhere in Manchester really easy.

You can also walk into Deansgate in around 15 minutes, which is super handy if you’re heading into town.

The Wharf is also only about a 5 minute walk away, which is such a lovely pub to have on your doorstep!

Rent & bills 💸

Rent is £587.50 per month, with bills coming to around £150 to £180 per month, including everything.

So you’re looking at around £740 to £770 a month all in, which is honestly such a good deal for the flat and location!

Deposit is around £700 from memory!

Move in date 📅

Ideally looking for someone to move in around mid November, although I’m just waiting for confirmation of the exact date from my new place.
