One double bedroom within a new build

One double bedroom within a three Bedroom new build property with double bed, draws, double rail with shelving and television available.

I have pet dog Missi

I have 1 bathroom with separate shower and bath, two toilets one upstairs and down. I have a large kitchen and dinning areas with a back garden and patio. Also two drives.

I work within the NHS. Ideally would prefer someone in this field of work. As i do work shift patterns and night are a thing.

All utility bills would be included in rental. However food and personal stuff like body care, towels etc are not included.

I am very outgoing girl . i enjoy cooking and going out for food and drink, love going for walks etc. So ideally someone the same ages same interests. I am very respectful person.
