Double room, shared facilities, popular area

Cosy double room, popular residential area. (Room has a new single bed at present but double could be organised). Bedroom has fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawers, new single bed with memory foam mattress, bedside cabinet, lamp, clock. Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden. I have a cockerpoo dog, and he is friendly and low shedding. (Bill's are included under fair use agreement and reviewed after initial month). Council tax included.
