I am looking for one male person who is easy going and most importantly must be clean and tidy, mature natured professional individual to join us in our household of a tranquil and harmonious atmosphere, above all a very clean and tidy place to live in.
The room to let is more than a double with the check curtains and purple feature wall, very large bow window looking out on to the front, room is very bright and airy.
The rooms which are extremely spacious, always airy with lots of brightness, looking out to the front and back gardens. Upstairs bathroom, a separate w. c. also downstairs w. c.
The household is in a quiet and calm surroundings, freshly decorated and comprising of an entrance hallway, communal lounge and kitchen with all the Necessary appliances.
Gardens to front and a large rear garden (lovely on a sunny day) with garden furniture. Off road parking.
The house is in a sought-after area, within short walking distance to Unicorn and Morrisons and with excellent transport links(tram station next to Morrison’s ) into City centre and universities. Chorlton centre within 5 minutes walk, many pubs, bars and restaurants, takeaways etc.
The people who are living in the house at this moment are Richard who works in the catering trade, Brian an ITT consultant, Tom a hospital worker, Paul a teacher and myself a retired driving instructor.
