Please note: We are looking for a respectful lodger who is comfortable sharing a family home.

Large detached house on a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking. Excellent location, close to tram, bus stop, Tesco, M&S, Co-op, petrol station and other amenities.

Very spacious, fully furnished room with king-size bed, TV and WiFi. Toilet directly opposite the room. Modern, well-maintained home with a newly fitted kitchen.

Looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful who takes care of shared spaces.

Preference is for a full-time professional working regular 9–5 hours outside the home. We would prefer someone who does not work remotely.
