I have a beautiful, large south-facing double bedroom available in my spacious, modern loft apartment in the heart of Chorlton.

This isn’t your average house share! The apartment is bright, stylish and full of character, with open-plan living, mezzanine levels, skylights throughout and two lovely balconies.

I also spend periods of time away visiting and helping care for my mum in Northern Ireland, so there may be occasions when you’ll have the apartment almost entirely to yourself.

🛏️ Your bedroom

The bedroom is particularly lovely — large, sunny and south-facing, with floor-to-ceiling windows.

It’s fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and pull-out table. Fresh bedding can also be provided.

The washing machine is located within the bedroom, as part of the apartment’s original design. I’m very considerate about its use and would always arrange laundry around your convenience and privacy.

🐾 A little about me

I’m friendly, sociable and easy-going, but equally enjoy my own space and respect other people’s privacy.

I share my home with a lovely cat and a young Jack Russell, so you must be an animal lover! 🐶🐱

When I’m away, I make separate arrangements for my pets, so you wouldn’t be expected to look after them.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy, considerate and independent who will treat the apartment as their home.

💷 Bills and practicalities

Council tax and building/service charges are included.

Other household bills, including electricity, water and broadband, are shared transparently, with usage-based costs calculated from actual consumption.

Occasional smoking is fine on the balconies or outside, but the apartment is strictly non-smoking indoors.

I’m flexible on the move-in date and would much rather find the right person or couple than rush into anything.
