Fancy living in a luxury loft apartment almost entirely on your own?

A large, sunny double bedroom is available in my quirky, modern loft apartment in central Chorlton.

I’ll be away for at least the next six months helping to look after my mum after an accident so for much of that time you would effectively have the apartment to yourself.

The apartment is bright, spacious and full of character, with open-plan living, mezzanine levels, skylights throughout and two balconies. It also has secure parking, super-fast Wi-Fi, Sky TV and a fully equipped kitchen.

The bedroom is large and south-facing, with floor-to-ceiling windows and lots of natural light. It comes furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and pull-out table. Fresh bedding can also be provided if needed.

The kitchen is very well equipped with an induction hob, oven, air fryer, integrated fridge and freezer, ice machine and plenty of kitchen gadgets. The lounge lighting is Alexa-controlled, and there is a powerful shower in the shared bathroom next to the bedroom.

Pet lovers are a must! I have a cat and a young dog, although when I’m away I make my own arrangements for my dog to come with me and friends and family help with my cat, so you wouldn’t be expected to take responsibility for either of them.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy, considerate and independent who would enjoy having a lovely home and plenty of their own space.

The washing machine is located within the bedroom, as this was how the apartment was originally designed. I’m very considerate about when I use it and would always work around you.

Occasional smoking is fine on the balconies or outside, but there is no smoking inside the apartment.

Council tax and the building/service costs are included. The remaining household bills are largely based on actual usage, including electricity and water, broadband so everything is transparent and metered.

I’m flexible on the move-in date and would much rather wait for the right person or couple than rush.
