The property has fast 300Mb fibre optic broadband/ Wifi throughout.

We are doing viewings evenings during the week, and at the weekend Saturday and Sunday. I am looking for friendly easy-going & sociable tenants, male or female. I let on a monthly basis, i. e. with no fixed term and no fees.
