I have a large double room available April 27th in Brundretts Road, Chorlton, M21, sharing with very friendly mid-twenties professionals. It is £530 pcm + bills (about £130 per month for bills, £660 approx. total). The house is decorated to a very high standard over three floors & has large cellars for storage, 2 bathrooms, a large garden, a communal lounge, a fully furnished spare bedroom & all mod cons [washer, tumble dryer etc.] The property has fast 100Mb fibre optic broadband/ Wifi throughout.

We are doing viewings evenings during the week, and at the weekend Saturday and Sunday. I am looking for friendly easy-going & sociable tenants, male or female. I let on a monthly basis, i. e. with no fixed term and no fees.
