It's opposite the school the Bee Gees attended and is in a quiet and well known road in Chorlton around the corner from the Tea Hive & Barbecue cafes.

Unusually the 2 room wing with exclusive bathroom at the back of the 1st floor has become available from 16th March.

If you’re looking for a quiet space with the company of likeminded busy people and the certainty of inclusive bills ( fair usage policy aside), then look no further. The space usually attracts creative self motivated individuals as we've had several books and screenplays written there.

There is a bill pack in the monthly includes; Top level Virgin Media Wifi, Utilities, TV, Council Tax and weekly cleaner for the common areas.

We're looking for sorted, solvent, responsible individuals that will help us manage the bills whilst living their best life in our lovely home.
