I have a warm, characterful home in Chorlton with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It’s a shared house with a mix of professionals and students, and everyone gets along well. Currently, there are three lovely professionals living here.

🏡 Available Rooms - females preferred

* Penthouse/top floor (£750) – available from 19th May
Includes its own TV/lounge space, shower/WC, sitting area, and shared kitchen-diner.
* Lower ground floor rooms
* Medium room – £750, available early September
* Large room – £800, available mid-September

Some rooms have their own kitchenette, shower, and WC, so there’s a good balance of privacy and shared living.

This is a Victorian house full of charm, with a calm, cosy feel throughout. There’s plenty of space, including separate kitchen, dining, and lounge areas.

* Front and rear gardens with a sunny patio deck ☀️
* Well-insulated with good heating and zoned thermostats
* Off-road parking available
* Garden music/recording studio (available if you’re into podcasts or music)

We are a non alcohol, smoking & pork free household.
Ideally students or professionals who do not have late nights out too often.

Shops, supermarkets (Tesco, Aldi, Morrisons), and Unicorn organic store are all nearby, plus new cycle routes into town.

👤 About Me

I enjoy coffee, yoga, running, travel, and the arts. I’m sociable but also value a calm, respectful home environment.
I don’t drink or smoke and prefer a peaceful household over late-night partying and lodgers that are night owls.

I co-parent two well-behaved teenage boys who stay a couple of days a week in their own space — the house is large enough that it rarely feels busy.
