Ensuite room chorlton area for a short let

Hello! I'm looking for a short term lodger (3 to 6 months) for my flat. Looking for someone friendly and easy going who would enjoy a calm home environment. Ideal for someone who would like the occasional evening cooking together/watching a film but also does their own thing. Someone who works mostly from the office would be better as I work from home. The flat is close to all the bars, restaurants, cafes and transport links into central manchester. There is one double bedroom with en suite suite & shared living area with a kitchen and balcony. I am a 38 year old civil servant, I enjoy theatre, gigs, running, yoga, good food. Let me know if you are interested!
