Veggie Houseshare in Chorlton, Manchester

Hi.
One of our housemates has just given notice in our quiet and easy going house share here in Chorlton.
The room will be available early in January, around the 9th.
The location of the house is really handy for just about everything you could need - we're close to shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and the library.
Tram and bus stops are also nearby and you can almost always find a parking space reasonably close to the house if you are driving.
Over the years we've actually had a few vegans moving in just to be so close to the Unicorn Grocery - it's just a four minute walk away! That said, you don't have to be a vegan or even a vegetarian to live here but meat or fish isn't allowed in the kitchen so most people living here have been at least veggie.
We are all very independent but once in a while we sit down to a meal together. One or two of us are into yoga and meditation.
The cleanliness of the house is average.
Rent is currently £370pcm but may be subject to a review between tenancies. Bills are separate and range from £70pcm in summer to about £160cm in winter based on metre readings. A deposit equal to a month's rent is taken and returned at the end of the tenancy.
We have a good size kitchen, a lounge, 2 bathrooms (each with a toilet) and a garden.
Our preference would be someone who is at least in their late 20s/early 30s, although a mature younger person may be considered.
You must either be in full-time employment or full time education with full Student Allowance.
