Veggie Houseshare in Chorlton, Manchester

Hi.
One of our housemates has just given notice in our quiet and easy going houseshare here in Chorlton - she'll be moving out on 29 September. Although we'd love to hear from anyone who is interested in living here, our preference would more than likely be for another woman to move in, so as to maintain the current ratio (4 men, 2 women).
The location of the house is really handy for just about everything you could need - we're close to shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and the library.
Tram and bus stops are also nearby and you can almost always find a parking space reasonably close to the house if you are driving.
You don't have to be a vegetarian or vegan to live here but meat or fish isn't allowed in the kitchen so most people living here are at least veggie. Over the years we've had a few vegans living here just to be so close to the Unicorn Grocery!
The room is a quiet double on the ground floor of our mid-terrace. The pictures in this ad are of a different room to the one on offer. I will update the ad when I get new pics.
We are all very independent but once in a while we sit down to a meal together One or two of us are into yoga and meditation.
The cleanliness of the house is average.
Rent is currently £370pcm but may be suject to a review between tenancies. Bills are separate and range from £70pcm in summer to about £160cm in winter based on metre readings. A deposit equall to a month's rent is taken and returned at the end of the tenancy.
We have a good size kitchen, a lounge, 2 bathrooms (each with a toilet) and a garden.
We'd prefer someone in their late 20s to late 30s, although a mature younger person may be considered.
You must either be in full-time employment or full time education with full Student Allowance.
