Second Floor: 2 double attic bedrooms and storage space.
Exterior: L-shaped garden with grass and gravel area.
Gas central heating, double glazing, electric shower, electric cooker, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, security alarm, off street parking.
Bills shared between tenants (approx £100 pppm including Council tax band C).
Must pass Tenant Referencing & Credit Checks.
