Current housemates are Ella (24), a paralegal; and Siân (35), a support worker.
We also have four very friendly rats, so you must be OK with this!
We're looking for people of similar-ish age who are:

- not party animals

Ground floor: entrance hall leading to kitchen-diner and living room. Under stair storage.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms and bathroom.
Second Floor: 2 double attic bedrooms and storage space.
Exterior: L-shaped garden with grass and gravel area.
Gas central heating, double glazing, electric shower, electric cooker, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, security alarm, off street parking.
