One double room available from December 1st in our lovely houseshare, situated near Chorlton Green and Beech Road in a great part of Chorlton. We’re a 5-10 minute walk away from the tram stop and the tram takes about 15 minutes to the city centre (St Peter’s Square)

The house is a 5 bed, so you would be sharing with four of us: 3 guys and 1 girl (all professionals in our mid 20s to early 30s).

Since the housemate moving out is a girl and we like having an even balance, we would prefer our new housemate to be a girl.

We all work hard in the week, so would like a chilled tidy housemate. However, we enjoy hanging out together in the evenings/weekends. It would be great to find another housemate that wants to make new friends, as well as a new place.

Various main interests of housemates include: playing and watching sports, cooking, travelling, pubs, gigs and clubs, films, running and gym-going.

The rooms are fully furnished with wardrobes and a double bed + other storage.

The rent includes:
*weekly cleaner
*monthly window cleaner
*gardener
*Virgin Broadband (MESH wifi system) and TV

The remaining bills - Council Tax, electricity, gas, water, TV license - come to approx. £140-150pp each month.
