Looking for 2 housemates! Chorlton houseshare

Hi! We’re looking for two new housemates to move in at the end of October.

Current occupants are a mixed group and all get on really well. We’re looking for someone who will fit into the group dynamic and enjoys hanging out after work / on the weekends.

Both rooms are en suite with a toilet and shower, one room on the ground floor one and one’s on the top floor. We’re in a great location, 5 mins from the tram stop and just right by loads of pubs, restaurants and takeaways. We’re also 5 mins away from the big Morrisons. If you drive there’s on-street parking but there's not much need for a car around here :)

The kitchen has 2 hob ovens, 2 fridge freezers, and a dish washer. It's open plan with the lounge which has big window doors opening into the garden. There's a laundry room downstairs and another hang out room.

We were an equally mixed house with the gender ratios but with people having moved out we just have one male housemate at the moment and we’d really like for the house to be balanced again!
